2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider records technically necessary data in server log files (see section 3). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the following data transmitted by your browser is automatically processed:

• anonymized IP address
• date and time of the request
• requested URL / file name
• referrer URL
• browser and operating system
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure website operations). The data are deleted after a maximum of 14 days, unless required to investigate security incidents.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. We only store one technically required entry in your browser's localStorage that records your choice from the cookie notice (key maybeCapitalCookieChoice), so the notice does not appear again on every visit. No data is transmitted to our server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Sec. 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG (strictly necessary).

If you contact us by email, your information (email address, name, content of the message) will be stored to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention periods.
